All our products are custom-made to each customer’s specific requirements, which means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Please note that since our garments are handmade (not mass-produced in a factory), slight imperfections may occur.

Once you’ve placed your order, please keep an eye on your email inbox—we’ll be sending you a message to request your physical measurements, which are essential for the custom-making process. Every customer gets a one-of-a-kind pattern made just for them, and we don’t carry any pre-made stock.

Delivery times vary by destination. For instance, it usually takes about 10 days to reach the UK and 15 days to Canada.For Japan and the US, you can generally expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 days as well.Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance.

All fabrics in our store are carefully handpicked by Ann. Given the nature of sourcing raw materials, we cannot offer refunds 24 hours after an order is placed. If you still insist on a refund, please note that we may be unable to accept your orders in the future.
